The Keeper is the creator
Each coin gets a fresh Keeper wallet, and that wallet is the creator recorded on chain. pump.fun pays every creator fee to it. The dev doesn't get them. The chart does.
pump.fun launchpad · live on Solana
Every coin launched here is created by its own Keeper, so pump.fun pays the creator fees to the Keeper and not to the dev. The Keeper buys red candles only. It buys twice as hard at the last higher low, burns every token it buys, and has no sell function.
Every live pump.fun chart, read candle by candle. A step is a confirmed swing low higher than the one before it. When price trades under the last one, the staircase breaks.
* Shadow Keeper: what a HIGHER LOWS Keeper would have done on each chart, assuming a creator fee of 0.30% of volume. It is an estimate drawn on public data, not a real trade. Coins launched here have real Keepers. Bonding-curve trades only.

The Keeper acts when a 1-minute candle closes down at least 1%. A green candle never gets a cent. It doesn't chase a pump.
When price closes within 8% of the last higher low, the floor, the Keeper buys twice its normal size to hold the step.
Every token the Keeper buys is burned in the same transaction. Its code has no sell path, so supply can only go down.
Your coin goes on pump.fun's standard bonding curve with a Keeper as its creator. You pay the usual launch rent, plus 0.01 SOL to fund the Keeper's first transaction fees. There is no pad fee.
